NARIO SASAKI

What pushed Nario Sasaki toward bespoke was reading an article on Neapolitan tailoring in the Japanese edition of «The Rake» magazine. Fascinated by that Italian excellence which has, over the years, become synonymous with tailoring tout court, he began working for the Neapolitan master Antonio Pascariello. After five years, he decided to go into business for himself, opening Sartoria Tramonto in Yokohama in 2021.

His intent was, and remains, to give prestige to a concept of handmade tailoring that is openly indebted to Italian influence. Nario Sasaki can also boast a collaboration with Beams F, the ready-to-wear line of the eponymous Japanese retailer.
