Tailor Francesco Florio wins the fifth edition of Milano Su Misura – Trofeo Arbiter, a premier international event celebrating bespoke tailoring, held in partnership with Loro Piana.
On Friday 24 and Saturday 25 October, the 5th edition of «Milano su Misura – Trofeo Arbiter» took place at Palazzo Clerici in Milan, in collaboration with Loro Piana.
During the gala dinner on Saturday, October 25, the winner was announced — the tailor who best interpreted the theme «Winter Elegance», following the careful evaluation of the Technical, Ethical and Aesthetic Jury, composed of renowned master tailors, costume history experts, and leading professionals with deep expertise in the field.
Tailor Francesco Florio, from Sartoria Florio in Paris, was awarded the Arbiter Trophy, created and crafted using Loro Piana’s Capolavoro Tweed 2Ways and Doeskin fabrics. The jury’s statement read: «The Arbiter Trophy has been awarded to Francesco Florio for his outstanding interpretation of the theme, expressed through a style rich in nuances and marked by an unmistakable sense of identity.»
